The material-technical base of the university meets modern international requirements. Favorable social utility conditions are created for students; at the disposal of teachers and students are: a shop, 5 cafes, a cafeteria, a sports complex: a stadium, jims, exercisers; sport sections work at the University.
Also trare is Information and Library Center of KNUTE. It's a modern cultural, educational and information subdivision of the University.
The library book stock counts over 1 500 000 copies. Over 500 names of periodicals of Ukraine and foreign countries are subscribed to. Every year the book stock is enlarged by over 500 names of monographs, text-books and other educational methodological literature published by the University academic staff.
At the users disposal are 5 lending libraries and 7 reading halls. The computerized library information system "UFD/ Library" has been introduced which provides an effective and quality service for readers and automation of work processes of the library. The maximum access to the University, home and foreign resources is provided via the Internet.
