History:
Year of foundation - 1930.
Faculties: to the design; technologies of light industry of technological equipment and control systems; chemical technologies; engineer-economic, markets, informative and innovative technologies.Material and technical base: 5 educational corps, educational audiences and laboratories, are equipped a modern technological equipment, laboratory equipment, komp'yuternoy technique. The library of university is founded in 1930 year, its fund counts over 1 million copies, in thereby over 700 thousands of copies of educational editions. We have about 12000 students study after 12 directions (bachelors) and 28 specialities and specializations (specialists and master's degrees).International cooperation: from September, 1948 in an university preparation of specialists began for foreign countries. For 54 years in an university prepared over 1300 specialists on 58 countries of Asia, Africa, Europe and Latin America. From 1993 years the group of foreign citizens was complemented by the citizens of countries of the CIS and Pribaltiki (Russia, Byelorussia, Moldova, Azerbaijan, Tadjikistan, Georgia, Armenia, Lithuania, Estonia).
