3. The document on absence of a HIV-infection.

4. The medical certificate on a state of health, is certified by official institution of health protection of the country from which has arrived the future student, and given out not later than two months prior to day of departure for study to Ukraine.

5. Insurance policy on a case of rendering of emergency medical aid (for citizens of the CIS countries it is not required).

6. Copy of the document on a birth

7. 6 photos size 30Ч40.8. Return open ticket of departure home within one year (for citizens of the CIS it is not required)

Documents specified in items 1,3,5 should be certify according to the legislation of the country which has given out them, and are legalized in established order. At submission of documents foreign citizens present the documents proving the identity and citizenship, fill the application and the questionnaire in established sample.Transfer of foreign citizens is made after end of registration of all documents.
