The governmental order from the 26th of September made changes for rules of entrance for foreigners to Ukraine. In particular, according the decision, the foreigners constantly living in Ukraine, can drive to the country and leave it under the passport with a mark about presence of the sanction to constant residing and certificates on constant residing. Besides, in the decision are determined the actions at loss of the passport of the foreign citizen in territory of Ukraine, registration of foreigners, prolongations of terms of their stay in the country.

According to the press-service of the Cabinet of the Ministers, the decision is published in conformity with clauses of the Decree of the President of Ukraine from June, 15th  «About additional measures on realization of human rights on a freedom of movement and a free choice of a place of residing ".

In Ukraine the visa-free mode for citizens of Russia and other CIS countries operates. On border it is enough to present the foreign passport or the general passport. Besides the visa to Ukraine for the term of, not exceeding 90 days is not required to citizens of the countries of the European Union, Switzerland, the USA, Canada and Japan. Subjects in cost less than 200 euros are released from the taxation at import (including  the under-excised goods) or an individual indivisible subject in cost not above 300 euros (except for under-excised the goods). Vodka products - up to 1l. are duty-free imported also., wine - up to 2l., tobacco products - up to 200 cigarettes or 200 gr. Of the tobacco, beer - up to 5l., food stuffs for the sum no more than 50 euros. The food stuffs imported for the personal use are imported duty-free at the rate of no more than 50 euros on one person at obligatory presence of packing of the manufacturer (no more than 1 packing or a lump no more than 2 kg.) or no more than one unit of each name.

Free import up to $10 thousand is authorized, at import from $10 thousand up to $50 thousand (including payment documents in a foreign currency and traveller's cheques) are necessary documents on sources of an origin of currency (for residents) and the application on import of currency with the instruction of the purpose of import. Import from above $50 thousand is resolved only in a non-cash kind or by means of payment documents in a foreign currency. On import of currency in the sum which exceeds $50 thousand, special sanction of National Bank of Ukraine is necessary. The Ukrainian currency is imported only on a condition of presence customs declarations on export of this currency from Ukraine.

Import of poisoning, radioactive, explosive and poisonous substances, and also printed and the video data containing propagation of war, racism and violence is forbidden. Import of foodstuff without the certificate of conformity is forbidden. At import fire, a cold steel, explosives and gas balloons, the sanction of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine is necessary. At import of animals - the veterinary certificate. At import of medicines in quantity more than 5 packing or more necessary for one person on one course of treatment (corresponding documents are required), and also narcotic and psychotropic substances, are necessary the sanction of Ministry of Health. Thus the import customs duties, the VAT and the duty are raised.

It is authorized to take out subjects for the sum up to 100 thousand euro, on export of works of art, cultural and historical values the sanction of the Ministry of culture of Ukraine is necessary. Export of precious metals and stones, the cultural values poisoning, radioactive, explosives and the cancelled securities is forbidden.

It is authorized to take out currency of Ukraine (under condition of obligatory declaring).
